SPEND VS. SAVE: NUDE LIPGLOSSES

Nude lips look divine on fair ladies and looks hot on morena ladies. It's the ultimate versatile lip color that does wonders in toning down a look with dramatic eyeshadows to polishing a natural looking make- up.

Let's look at nude lips for this spend vs. save issue.

MAC LUSTREGLASS IN BEAUX

THE FACE SHOP SUPER SHINE LIPGLOSS NUDE

THE FACE SHOP: Costs around 300php+; The face shop has nice lipglosses. When I was a newbie in beauty, I grabbed this super shine gloss because I've always loved how Mandy Moore's lips in her music video "Cry" looked fantastic. I've searched and tried so many brands to create the look on me and this lipgloss did the job. It's lightweight, but a bit semi- sticky (hey, it's lipgloss) and it's cheap! The color pay-off is good because it transforms your lips into a nude beauty.

MAC: It's around 700php+; Beaux appears as a brown glittered lipgloss in a tube but glides on as a nude lipgloss with gold flecks. And the shine? Absolutely fabulous. MAC promised that the lustreglass will transcend all known shine and literally, this tube did. Lasting power is okay. The consistency is gel- like so unlike cream lipsticks, this would probably last not long enough as compared to lipsticks. But evertheless, it's gorgeous, smells like vanilla and the it doesn't feel heavy on the lips at all.

The Face Shop's lip products are quite good, i must say. The super shine gloss looks gorgeous on any nude lipstick as well. It adds lustre and enhances the nude lip look more. MAC ain't bad, but The Face Shop also gets the job done!

FOR THIS ISSUE, I SUGGEST YOU: SAVE
