PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT: MAC SCULPT AND SHAPE POWDER

Here's a new product from MAC, the SCULPT AND SHAPE POWDER. It claims that it is best for contouring. It comes in two shades that compliment each other. The darker shade is for contouring and the lighter shade is for highlighting. This product is great for the cheek. The Dark shade is buildable and sheer enough to provide a natural looking contour. The lighter shade provides a sheer color and is enhanced with bits of glimmer to capture light. The shade I have is in WARM LIGHT/DEFINITIVE. This was given to me by a friend, Grace as a Xmas gift. (:D)

Here's a swatching photo of the two shades. I'm an NC42 in MAC.

HOW TO USE THE SCULPT AND SHAPE

STEP 1: APPLY THE CONTOURING POWDER (DARKER SHADE) ON YOUR CHEEK BONES. APPLY A GENEROUS AMOUNT UNTIL YOU'RE SATISFIED WITH THE COVERAGE.

TIP: POUTING CAN HELP YOU LOCATE YOUR CHEEK BONES. IT'S A LINE- SHAPED BONE PARALLEL TO YOUR "PATILYA"

NOW I HAVE ALREADY APPLIED A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF THE CONTOURING POWDER TO MY CHEEK BONES.

STEP 2: APPLY THE HIGHLIGHTER (LIGHTER SHADE) ON THE APPLES OF YOUR CHEEKS. THE BEST WAY TO LOCATE YOUR APPLES IS TO :)

DONE WITH THE CONTOURING AND HIGHLIGHTING: YOUR FACE SHOULD ALMOST LOOK LIKE THIS. HERE'S A SIDE VIEW LOOK.

THE RESULT, STRUCTURED CHEEKS. THIS IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO CREATE THE ILLUSION OF A SMALLER FACE (BEST FOR ROUND FACED LADIES) AND SOFTEN HARD- LOOKING EDGES WITH THE HIGHLIGHTER. I RECOMMEND YOU TRY THIS SINCE THE COVERAGE LASTS AND IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR EVERYDAY USE BECAUSE IT'S NOT UBER PIGMENTED, THANKS TO ITS BUILDABLE QUALITY.
